Ik begrijp geen klote van wat ze hiermee bedoelen maar ik vind dat het er intrigerend uitziet.

I don't understand a shit of what they mean but I think it looks intriguing.

Aerial fashion by Joseph Ford

Weer een reeks waar fotografie en mode in samenvloeien. Maar deze keer op een manier die je niet zou verwachten, gemaakt door Joseph Ford. Verbluffend mooi en verdomd moeilijk om te realiseren vermoed ik.

Another series where photography and fashion merge. But this time in a way that you wouldn't expect, made by Joseph Ford. Stunningly beautiful and damned hard to achieve I guess.

Idols by Hamra Abbas

Deze sculpturen maakte Hamras Abbas aan de hand van foto's die zij trok van mensen in supermarkten, taxi's, straatverkopers, ... en er daarna weer foto's van nam. Een reeks genoemd 'Idols'.

These sculptures made Hamras Abbas using photographs she took of people in supermarkets, taxis, street vendors, ... and again took photos of it. A series called 'Idols'.

Als je deze foto's ziet zou je denken dat ze gemaakt zijn van marsepein en ze zo kunt opeten!

Misschien een ideetje voor de banketbakkers onder ons ;)

When you see these pictures you would think that they are made of marzipan and can eat them right away!

Maybe an idea for the pastry chefs among us ;)

Een trend die al een tijdje gaande is en nog wel even zal voortduren is het gebruik van geometrische figuren in het interieur, grafisch werk en juwelen. Een trend die zeer aangenaam is om naar te kijken.
