Tv-icons in lego

Here I am again with a lego-mail. Co Lego enthusiast Chris McVeigh has actually made his profession of it. By far my favorite is 'Brick sketches', TV icons created in Lego.

Be sure to check his site because there you will find real manuals to make a camera or phone with lego.

Eclectic interior in Byron Bay

This beautiful interior belongs to the house of artist David Bromley and his wife Yuge in Australia, namely Byron Bay. Especially the graphics of this interior appeals to me. The murals and beautiful plaids I would like to integrate in my future home. Watch and enjoy and be inspired! See the full story here.

Nice idea: instead of using a striped wallpaper you just paint the stripes. And the fact it's done 'sloppy' makes the wall more interesting.

By far the coolest room of the house. That wall drawing!

Cloud house

Als je deze voorgevel ziet...

If you see this facade ...

You wouldn't think that it's an architectural jewel ...

Wishlist: LED Mushroom lights

Very nice design by Japanese designer Yukio Takano who found inspiration in the woods and the small mushrooms. Because I am a fan of nature, this is off course on my wishlist. The website is in Japanese so it's not really easy to find out where it is for sale :)

Tree decorations

2 designs that are separately made and yet are somewhat alike.

Funnily enough, last year I followed an evening course screen printing where I made this. Yet a universal form of interest apparently :)
