Pop pop bang: popping umbrellas

'Pop pop bang' is the result of a collaboration between Thomas Brown and Anna Burns. At first glance the umbrellas seperately have a bit of a strange print but put them together in a system, and  they reveal themselves as a picture in front of you. Be sure to check out the video!

Aerial fashion by Joseph Ford

Another series where photography and fashion merge. But this time in a way that you wouldn't expect, made by Joseph Ford. Stunningly beautiful and damned hard to achieve I guess.

Things come apart

I am a lover of fashion, interior design and photography and when these three things come together I am completely satisfied. See this beautifully designed lookbook from Ten & Co. Oh yeah, I find the shoes not ugly either :)

Real life models

The thought of photographer Flora Borsi is that every photographer now and then uses software to do adjustments to their imaginations. Like the painters used to do once with their models. But what if the models really looked like that?
A fun concept that she has shown beautifully.

Idols by Hamra Abbas

These sculptures made Hamras Abbas using photographs she took of people in supermarkets, taxis, street vendors, ... and again took photos of it. A series called 'Idols'.

When you see these pictures you would think that they are made of marzipan and can eat them right away!
Maybe an idea for the pastry chefs among us ;)
